Shipping, Return/Cancellation policy

If you have made payment for some other item purchased at customgiftings.com we will process the order within 48 Hours, we keep 2 days handling at most. Once the order is ready (usually 3 days in most cases/or worst scenario 4 days depending upon the complexity of the customisation) your order will be shipped through our recognised shipping partner.
There are various Shipping options you may opt for usually all packages are sent through economy route, but if you need quick delivery you can opt in for that during checkout process.

We ship across India, please note that shipping is restricted in few areas there are certain entry tax or other taxes during entry, that has to be paid in extra by the buyer.

Cancellation

If you have made payment at CustomGiftings.com for some item(s) and you have changed your mind and do not want that product anymore and wish to cancel the order, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. Just contact us by email or phone and we will guide you for the process.

Return, replacement and refund

We have a 7 days return policy.

Please note that we may not accept back the returns or replacement for custom made orders. We want you to look and feel good every time you shop with customgiftings.com. If products are found have manufacturing defective, and noted to us within 7 days from delivery date we will gladly take it back and issue the replacement or refund in full. Please make sure that all the items are in original condition along with the original packing. All the tags, documents, papers, booklets, gifts etc. that came along with your order must be returned as well. It will not be possible for us to refund or exchange in case the above requirements are not met. All the benefits like store credits, gift coupons etc that came along with that order will stand cancel.

We are unable to provide return on following products: Customized products.

In case of non-availability of the product that you want to exchange with, your balance will be converted into store credits and you can opt for any other product. If the price of the product to be returned is lower than the product you now want to purchase, then the balance amount have to be paid by any of the payment methods listed in this website.

Note: E-mail us or call on our customer care number within the 7 days of the delivery of the product.

Upon receiving the return request we will arrange the pick-up facility. You will not be charged for this. If we are not able to provide this facility then you will have to deliver it to us through courier. We will refund the whole amount charged to you by the courier company. In any case our liability is limited up to Rs 100 per kg.

Note: All the tags, documents, papers, booklets, gifts etc. that came along with your order must be returned as well.

There are many options of getting your money back.

You can convert your money into store credits (1 rupee = 1 store credit).

If you had paid through Net banking, Cash or credit/debit card the amount will be credited to your bank account you share with us in 15 – 30 days.
